Our company will require you to do 6 Fitness Tests, one from each testing. 

The tests will be:

·       12 Minute Cooper Run 

·       Push Up or Sit Up Test

·       10 Rep Max 

·       Sit and Reach Test

·       30m Sprint

·       Verticle Jump

 

These are the other Fitness Tests that we provide at our company, the descriptions below are if you were going to do the test on your own. 

 

Health Related Fitness (HRF) Tests:

Aerobic Endurance:

·       12 Minute Cooper Run â€‹â€‹

·       Beep Test

 

Muscluar Endurance:

·       Push Up Test​

·       Sit Up Test

 

Strength (Muscular):

·       Hand Grip Test​

·       10 Rep Max

 

Flexibility:

·       Sit and Reach Test​

·       Straight Leg Raises

 

 

Skill Related Fitness (SRF) Tests:

 

Speed:

·       30m Sprint Test (Running)​

·       40m Sprint Test (Cycling)​

 

Power:

·       Sargent Jump Test

·       Vertical Jump

 

 

All of these tests will be provided with a testing sheet (top right corner) where we will mark down your scores.
