Sleep is very important for an a person, as it allows the body to have as much time needed to restore any fuels to your muscles, as well as repairing any problems in the body. 
It has been noted that 8 hours of sleep is healthy for a person. 

 

Benefits of Sleeping

  • Allows you to feel more energised throughout the day

  • Allows you to be more alert during the day

  • It may prevent cancer

  • Reduces stress

  • May help you loose weight

  • Helps the body repair

  • Reduces risk of depression

 

Negatives of not Sleeping

  • You will be sleepy

  • You will be grumpy

  • Frequently get sick

  • Contributes to weight gain

All of those effects can happen to you if you dont have enough sleep on a daily basis. 

 

BUT there is a way to help you with sleep.
